5. Are there any responsibilities for pickup and return? Yes, partners are responsible for picking up and returning the tools they rent.

6. Are there any limitations to tool availability? Tool availability may be subject to delays or cancellations based on project needs. Additionally, the ToolBank program will close immediately in the event of a disaster response.
